Customised Tailored Fitness Plan

 

If you are going to be trained by me I will build a fitness plan perfectly made for you and your goals. This fitness plan will be based on the initial free 45 minute consultation, which will determine your nutrition and exercise requirements.

 

I will then create your program for you to follow which will be modified and reviewed accordingly on a regular basis, this program will go by your rules depending on how often you want to train whether its once, three or five times weekly. Remember as I am your Personal Trainer, I will always be with you to support and guide you by email or phone or if your having troubles with anything as well as queries. 

 

Personalised Nutrition plan

 

I will offer you advice and recommendations nutrition plan which will aim towards your 'Target'. The nutrition plan will not make you hungry for more food but will increase your progression towards your training program.

 

Motivation Support & Guidance

 

There are many reasons to why people can't keep consistency in training, from reasons like tiredness, lack of willpower, finding the time due to work or busy lifestyle habits or even feeling overwhelmed from a busy gym.

 

The benefit from having an Isky as your personal trainer is that I will motivate you through your program lifestyle whenever its needed. If you do have any specific requirements like health conditions, injuries or training goals I will create a personalised rehabilitation program to help you stay in active despite your conditions. My guidance as a personal trainer will also be a learning experience for you to improve your technical skills, show new approaches to exercises and how to workout safely & efficiently.
